Fulfil your 'positive duty' to protect workers
I am interested in seeing what sorts of behavioural issues we are facing in our workplaces today. What sort of prevention strategies are companies using, and what else could we be doing. I would like to think that most organisations have a policy, a complaints procedure and deliver awareness training as a minimum. If so, is it working? Are we getting better at dealing with unacceptable behaviours in the workplace (bullying, harassment and discrimination for example), and what are the main types of issues we are dealing with.
